Ian Rothwell in conversation with Matthew Robert who works at Colne Tyre Centre. After the floods on Boxing Day last year Matthew talks about the work that he and the wider community were involved in Earlby and Padiham with others to support people in the community. The tyre centre opened up on the Bank Holiday to give assistance and be a drop off centre and experienced what can be achieved when the community joins together. He also talks about helping the Carlisle Sea Cadets and on the west coast in Flimby. 11/2/16
