Ian Rothwell in conversation with Martin Finigan of the Rainband who are completing their tour at the Deaf Institute this Friday 9th March and you can hear the song 'New York' from their latest album. It's 'International Womens Week' and 'International Womens Day' on Thursday. Also Elaine De Fries the Operations Manager of the Pankhurst Centre which is the birthplace of the Sufragette movement. Elaine talks about the important work that the centre does in the 100 Years since the Representation of the Peoples Act and also about the Wonder Women Festival events taking place in the City. Ian also interviews Emily Oldfield who writes for I Love Manchester and Louder Than War. Emily was at the opening event of the Sufragette City Women in Music exhibition. Also musician and painter Stephanie Kirkham Featured Artist of the month for March about her music and art work. Stephanie moved to Cornwall three years ago and has her own studio, 1st song from Stephanie is 'That Girl'. 6/3/2018
