Ian Rothwell in conversation with musician Mal Gibson, spoken word artist Lynn Walton and musician Dai Thomas. Mal Gibson runs a monthly acoustic night at Playfoots in Monton on the last Sunday of the month which Dai and Lynn also appear. The event is on a week earlier this month due to the Salford Music Festival which stages events at Playfoots. Dai plays the blues and there is a track played on a National steel guitar from 1933 which Dai has owned since 1970. Lynn is a spoken word performer and recites a couple of her poems. 20/9/16
