Ian Rothwell talks with singer / guitarist Kate McGill who is one half of the band Meadowlark. Following the critically acclaimed release of Meadowlark’s ‘Three Six Five’ EP in May of 2014, the Bristol-based duo are set to release their second offering of melancholic alt-pop in the form of the ‘Dual’ EP (produced by Ant West) set for release on 30th March through Believe Recordings. Also talking with singer / songwriter Laura Comfort about her new AA side single by Laura Comfort. I’m No Barbie is taken from Laura’s outstanding new album Don’t Ignore Me, whilst One Way Or Another is a reworking of the classic Blondie track.
