Kate tells us about her free TED Talk 5 Day challenge which runs this week & her experience building confidence coaching people on how to speak effectively. Kate came in Oct 2018 with Kirsty Almeida. Ian also welcomes back Ian Runacres of 'Dislocation Dance' with an update on his son's Joel's treatment for brain cancer & progress on the fundraising. £215K has been raised of the £400k & Joel has now started his treatment. Ian also tells us about how he relocated to Manchester & became involved in the music business in the late 1970's.
