Ian is joined in the studio by Joanne Brizland-cullen who talks about her journey through an aborted suicide, her Dads Dementia journey, Ageless Grace & yoga & the menopause journey & how they all inspire good mental & physical health. Joanne who is a trained Yoga and Ageless Grace trainer runs a 'Menopause Cafe' once a month at Transcend Therapies in Monton & weekly 'Ageless Grace Brain Health Fitness' & Yoga sessions also in Monton.
