Ian Rothwell in conversation with Don Rainger the President of the Friends of Salford Museum and Art Gallery Association. The Friends began in 1956 to support the work of Salford Museum and Art Gallery and in commemoration a 60 Years of the Friends exhibition is taking place at SMAG. Don talks about the work of the Friends from producing a magazine, to seeking funding and the awarding of bursaries. The exhibition runs to the 13th November. 30/08/16
