Ian Rothwell in conversation with local Artist Hugh Winterbottom from Oldham who has his 1st exhibition at the Salford Art Gallery 'The Now, The North' from 2nd May - 6th Sept. Hugh talks about his inspirations and how he started painting. Hugh's work covers the city scapes of Central Manchester & Salford, out into the outskirt towns like Stockport, and into the more rural villages of Derbyshire. 7/5/15
