Ian Rothwell in conversation with Alexis Karl, Dave Robinson and Kev Mcguire from Parallax Born.The band is based in both NYC and Manchester, UK; the musicians joining forces with a mix of dark, alternative, rock and cinematic genres. Alexis is a multimedia artist from Brooklyn, New York and trained opera singer. Dave plays guitar, keyboard and drum in the band and hails from Manchester. Kev Mcguire, who is also a singer in the band, plays guitar and sax and is from Cornwall. The band is about to do four days in the recording studio to work together on a new album. They usually work over the internet to record their fantastic and wonderful music which brings together their broad range of different genres. 21/4/16
