Ian Rothwell in conversation with Alan Williams one of the orginal members of 70's pop band The Rubettes. On their first solo tour since the 70's with two other of the original line up, John Richardson and Mick Clarke they are playing 55 venues all over the UK. Alan talks about what inspired them to do the tour in which they will perform some album tracks live for the first time as well as their well known hits. Their first hit 'Sugar Baby Love' shot them to stardom selling over 10 million copies. The seventies were indeed glamorous as was the Rubettes unforgettable iconic image of Gatzby white suits and caps.

Ian talks to Tracie Miles the new Information Nurse at 'The Eve Appeal' about Ovarian Cancer and what to look out for. Tracie tells us about 'Make Time for Tea' which is about encouraging women to talk to one another and others as well as raising money during Awareness month.
