Ian Rothwell in conversation with Cally Caroline Beaton about her show 'Invisible' at The Kings Arms 13th July as part of The GM Fringe. Cally does stand up & has appeared on Radio 4 & BBC 2 and will be taking her show to Edinburgh. Also an interview with the Chief Excecutive of The Eve Appeal Athena Lamnisos about the 'Get Lippy' Day campaign. Get Lippy lip products from lip balm to lipsticks. The Eve Appeal raises awareness & funds research into gynaecological cancers. Joe Walsh & Paul Tomblin join Ian in the studio to talk about Joe's production 'Frozen Peas in an Old Tin Can' which is on as part of the GM Fringe Festival on 27th & 28th July outdoors at The Kings Arms. Also in the studio is Lucy Padwick talking about her childrens show 'This Way Up' a Foxtail Theatre production & is on at Salford Arts Theatre on 6th & 7th July.
