Gerry was on fine form this week and dressed with an air of I know how to ride this thing.
He'd just completed a category two hill climb on a massive ride from London to Folkstone which he completed in record time.
We got to grips with the category climb system, looked at Lance Armstrong, some of the Foffa collection and birthday parties at Look Mum No Hands.
