The team were back in full force this week, Gerry along with Laura and The Preshaah all telling twisted tales of capital city cycling.

We looked ahead to this Wednesday's Rollaoaluza at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen and also Friday's Critical Mass cycle ride.

We also investigated angry motorist and more chirpy cyclists.
