Award-winning artist Makiko Harris joins us to discuss Needle Dance, her bold new exhibition at Art'otel London Hoxton. Inspired by the Japanese red thread of fate, it blends dance, towering needle sculptures, and a mesmerising underwater film to explore destiny and autonomy. With a score co-composed by Makiko, costumes by Deborah Milner, cinematography by Alain Philippe Cross, direction by Peter Gray, and performances by Sabrina Wong and Duane Oasis, Needle Dance is more than an exhibition's an experience.
