Well to make up I have a crackin' show for you this week starting with former Swing Time guests 'The Bluejays' EP recorded at the authentic vintage recording studio 'Sugar Rays' in Wickford Essex, the band were also filmed during recording at Sugar Rays on Sky TV's "Inventions that Rocked the World" over the Christmas period-so if you haven't heard them before then listen in!
I will also be playing some Calvin Boase, Ella Mae Morse, Sidney Bechet, Mezz Mezzrow to name but a few and a little tribute of my own-Lonnie Donnegan for my Uncle Gerald who sadly left us for a better place today after along illness...'Gone but not forgotten'
