Joining me in the studio, personal chef, Hayley Edwards, took me through the best way to approach the new year in the healthiest way possible, with a selection of delicious recipes and suggestions to make your mouth water.
I also delved into my own personal history with new year fad diets (none of which have been overly successful!) and how I can start to approach my 'food life' with a bit more common sense.
