On today's show, we got a little bit Zen in the Hoxton Radio studios with a wellness Wednesday special! In our busy London lives we can all get a tad stressed from time to time, and so we dedicated two hours to finding out how we can find a much calmer, happier and healthier existence. We talked some of the most fun ways to de-stress including a rave exercise class, as well as one of the most relaxed Restorative yoga classes in all of east London. I was also joined for the show by singer-songwriter, Sasha Brown, who had plenty of her own wellness tips to share.
We also got a little bookish with our picks for the top reads to help mind, body and soul, including, the latest craze for Mindfulness colouring-in books. We also delved into the things that stress us out the most. And so, we came up with some of our own suggestions on how to tackle the busy and frenetic streets of London - we're all about providing the solutions on this show!
