This week Libby hopped on the airwaves to showcase some of the best indie, rock and post-punk tunes that have been released during lockdown.
We heard new material from Blue River; Coach Party, The Charlatans’ Tim Burgess, The Coral’s Ian Skelly and Sports Team.
Plus Libby selected two tracks for her ‘Cover Of The Week’.
First up was Tennessee-born Valerie June covering T.Rex’s ‘Cosmic Dancer’ and that was followed by Boston-based Bad Rabbits re-working The Smashing Pumpkins’ ‘1979’ by adding a little more funk and soul.
