This week Liberty plays new music from Foals and James Blake. She caught up with the boys from Durand Jones & The Indications at Rough Trade East, discussing their new album American Love Call which will be released on 1st March. Earlier in the week they dropped the first track on the album, 'Morning in America' - an ode to the late 60s soul scene in the US.
In the East this weekend you can have a dance down at the Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen on Saturday with their Dancehall and Afrobeats night, but if that doesn't tickle your fancy you can head over to the Hoxton Hall for the Jazz Verse Jukebox. An evening of jazz improvisation intertwined with spoken word poetry.
