This week Liberty was in the studio talking about everything over the Easter break from taking your family to FAM EAST to Record Store Day 2019.
Come on down to Spitalfields Market on Monday for an Easter egg hunt with the Hoxton Radio gang and get involved with some of the awesome activities FAM EAST has lined up such as skateboard decorating and a Frida Kahlo inspired workshop. The mini festival is running from the 15th-17th April.
For Record Store Day 2019, pop down to Rough Trade to hear live performances from Our Girl and Big Joanie and DJ sets from Nadine Shah and Rhys Webb. They’ll have over 500 records that will only be available to buy in store.
Also in the WXMB 2 will be hosting a woman only record fair at Second Home Spitalfields followed by talks on running a label and the process of pressing vinyl and beatmatching. Special guests will include Elliot Clemenson, DJ SLAUKA and TASHA to talk about her record label Neighbourhood.
