This week Liberty sent electric shocks through the East London airwaves with music from The Who, Arctic Monkeys, Joy Division and a brand new band called F4CADE. The "Art Wave" pioneers formed at the Brit School last year and have gone on to play at Nile Rodgers' Meltdown festival and also sold out O2 Islington Academy. Libby said that the band is like 'what Kate Bush would've sounded like if she went to the Brit School in 2019'.
Also, with Glastonbury tickets going on sale tonight, Libby reminisced on this year's line-up, including broadcasting her interview with Michael Eavis. Good luck with getting tickets tonight and if you manage to get them - DON'T BRAG TO YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT IT!
Tune in next Thursday from 2-4pm where Libby will be joined by music zine 'Smile End Music' to talk about their next gig on Brick Lane.
