The Perth-based instrumental/jazz outfit Grievous Bodily Calm has just dropped this synthy, funky number.
With its a driving bassline and fragmented melody, this track wears its retro influence with pride but is firmly rooted in the now.
The track title refers to the use of fragments of an initial melody, and how during production it bloomed in different directions and sections to make.
