Helen's special lady guest is the marvellous Venetia Sanders who set up Pink Collar Boxing. She's an entrepreneur & mumpreneur who is passionate about championing women and helping them gain confidence and challenge prejudice by taking part in an 8 week training course to learn to box.
They started in 2012, and Pink Collar Boxing has gone on to raise almost £400,000 for charity. Venetia Sanders tells Helen the journey from her first boxing event to being shortlisted for a woman of the future award.
