Special guest this week is Helen's youngest ever guest, Kristen Spours. She is an ice skating super star and has been the first woman to qualify for the world figure skating championships for Britain in three years!
They talk sporting barriers and all the different types of jumps! Helen used to skate so they have a bit of a natter about sparkly outfits and the skating community. Kristen did her first British championships at 10 and won an international championship two weeks ago in Hungary.
