Ladies What Brunch was a solo show this Saturday as Helen took to the helm with Sam having disappeared 'Up North' for a wedding.
Helen chatted Naked Bike Rides, the Distractingly Sexy hashtag trend and arm wrestling gone wrong... Mum Knows Best featured a word of warning about over enthusiastic skateboarding and a definite dissing of the male mallard. There were plenty of tunes too from the likes of Jess Glynne, Kylie Minogue and everyone's favourite Disney belter - Dadele Dazeem! (I mean Idina Menzel)
The Ladies What Brunch guest was actor Cara Theobold. Cara gave us all the goss from her time on Downton Abbey, Call the Midwife (they have real midwives on set!) and her latest BBC show The Syndicate alongside Sir Lenny Henry no less!
