Next Kerry chatted with Stedroy Cabey, the lead actor in the new play SUS, running at Park Theatre from 21st Sept - 15th October, and Joe of Adore Dance gave us the lowdown of the new classes happening in their studios.
Things got a little deep at the end of the show, when Counselling Psychologist Farya Barlas of Reinventing Path shared her top tips to a healthy mindset - all of this to the soundtrack of Kerry's post-lunch party, including Blondie, Adele and Disclosure.
