A new panoramic restaurant and bar has just flung open its doors to the decadent diners of Shoreditch, showcasing London’s finest skyline views and exquisite cuisine – welcome to Solaya!
The menu, led by Michelin-starred Concept Chef Kenny Atkinson, brings a contemporary twist to the flavours of the Côte d’Azur through delicate dishes including Blue Fin Tuna Carpaccio and Grilled Native Lobster.
The bar boasts an electric atmosphere, accompanied by refined wine lists and expertly crafted cocktails to complement a seasonal menu, such as revamps of the classic spicy marg and porn star martini.
DJ nights are hosted from Wednesday to Saturday and golden hour cocktails are only £10 everyday from 4-8pm.
