The Preshaah welcomed esteemed company to the show this week as the conversation was fixed around, conversation and the purveyors of fine flexed speeches in 2015 Ted Ex.
Ted Ex East End to be specific who live just off Silicon Roundabout and organise a range of talks, discussions, debates and thought leading and provoking debate.
Music was hoisted from the line ups of the 6 Music Festival and also Bennicassim which feature Public Service Broadcasting and The Prodigy.
We also looked at Snow on Hackney Downs, Street Feast returning to Hawker House this weekend, Urban Food Fest back on Shoreditch High Street from Saturday 31st January.
Fashion was also on the radar as I'd been fortunate to attend GQ's Dylan Jones speaking at The Industry
