Christmas has got to be one of the best seasons for the Soulfood show..
This week Grace took us on a culinary journey through East London's wackiest Christmas menus with entries from Dishoom, Adina and Morito. Forget turkey sandwiches, these places are cooking up braised turkey curries, roasted piglets marinated in pisco and Spanish cheese with quince jelly.
We also got a few ideas for alternative advent calendars. Honest Brew, Virgin Wines, Drinks by the Dram and Chase spirits have all released boozy calenders this year and why the hell not?
To top it off, Grace gave us the inside gossip on brand new late-night den Ember in Monument and took us through the delicious tasting menu she was invited to sample last week.
All set to a soundtrack of disco, soul, and rock'n'roll.
