These time tags leave out the mad dashing up and down London Underground escalators, the waving of black cabs and downing of Red Bull, Green Tea and some shrimp and banana sweets in the studio.
We did have enough time to fire through some wholesome dance tunes, a few little indie gems and an absolute blinder from Cindy Lauper: True Colours which sums up my outfit of the day to perfection.
