Emma CB sounding a little manlier than usual brought a playlist to Hoxton Radio that would bust any illness bugs away.
The perfect antidote would be a mash up of the Rock Gods aka Areosmith and Guns N' Roses singing some powerful ballads with House and EDM Djs Disclosure, Major Lazor as well as Sam Feldts.
The Nominees are out for MTV Brand New 2016 a live series broadcasting new talent in the UK, in the past artists such as Years and Years, Kwabs and Krept and Konan have rocketed into fame from the publicity of MTV Brand New.
Christmas trees are quite literally on steroids this year and Emma touched on the weird and wonderful around London, including the 14metre high Disney theme Christmas tree taking place in St Pancras, a work of art either loved or hated.. A bit like Marmite really.
