This week we are joined by Tom Warner, co-founder of the family run distillery in Northamptonshire, “saving the world from mediocre gin”.
Starting in 2012 on their family farm, the Warners draw water from their own spring, grow the botanicals, and collect fresh honey from their beehives that gives their luxury gin its distinctive taste. The business started in response to the need to diversify their farming. Along the way they have focused on sustainability: keeping things as local as possible and taking care of the land they farm. The Warners’spirit of diversification has led to a range of flavoured gins including the world’s first rhubarb gin.
Keep an eye out for a very special fothcoming Hoxton Radio Warner’s Gin competition.
