A double serving of Great British chefs on the Hoxton menu today.
First up we had had Dead Full regular and fave east London chef/restaurateur Tom Brown of Hackney Wick's top rated Cornerstone. Tom is celebrating the first anniversary of his restaurant and told us about some of the changes he's made and new inspirations he's found over the last 12 months. Tom will be venturing beyond Hackney Wick this summer when he appears at Wilderness Festival.
The boys were joined by Sabrina Gidda executive chef at the women-only AllBright Club members club with sites in Mayfair and Fitzrovia . Building on the success of the London clubs Sabrina will also be flitting back and forth between London and LA as she opens the next club in Melrose Place, West Hollywood.
