We were joined by Matthew Carver part of the team behind Camden’s Cheese Bar. Cheese bar are starting a new venture, Pick & Cheese, in Covent Garden on Saturday, offering more than 25 different cheeses to guests at the new KERB street food market in Seven Dials.
Pick & Cheese will seat 38, centred around an electronic track. Diners choose their desired cheese from the conveyor belt, with the menu featuring an all-British selection of farms and urban producers plus a selection of small estate wines. Each cheese will be served with an individually paired condiment, with combinations including coolea with hazelnut brittle, and fresh ricotta with sherry-infused cherries. These will be delivered on handmade plates, colour-coded to indicate price.
