First guest of the day was Memby, one half of the founding team from Palm Greens. Palm Greens is a plant based pit-stop based at Netil House in Hackney. From humble beginnings cooking for friends at home, to creating a dining club and then pop-ups at London markets, Memby and business partner Kali have just opened their second branch at Kings Cross Square.
The team from Vurger Co were next up on the Dead Full menu. Another growing plant based food company that started from small beginnings, Vurger Co have developed menus in collaboration with leading chefs such as Gaz Oakley and international brands like Tobasco. Vurger Co now have restaurants in Shoreditch and Canary Wharf with a third branch about to open in Brighton.
