We are in the midst of International Sherry Week. Now in its 6th year Sherry Week celebrates all things sherry with restaurants and bars around the world taking part by offering tastings, special menus and other events.
Celebrity Spanish chef José Pizzaro was in the studio to talk all things Jerez with us. José who has four restaurants in the UK is a lover of and expert on sherry. This year he designed and launched a bespoke sherry glass with glassworks Moser as well as his own sherry.
