This week on the all rocking Dead Full London food show David took us on a trip to the rural idylls of the south west where he visited the Camel Valley Winery during his summer sojourn in Cornwall.
Camel Valley is the UKs premier winery producing a range of wines from bacchus, pinot noir and chardonnay grapes including a stunning sparkling Camel Valley 'Cornwall' Brut. David caught up with Sam Lindo the vineyard's founder and talked processes and production.
