Brigade employs disadvantaged, often homeless, adults and trains them up to work in the hospitality sector. In January the team took on their latest cohort of apprentice chefs to undertake a paid, two-year, fully qualified apprenticeship at the restaurant.
Feast With Purpose, a charity cookbook includes over 130 recipes from the likes of Michel Roux Jr., Tom Kerridge, Pru Leith, James Martin, Chris King, Adam Handling and Rick Stein.
