Finally we were joined by Biff from Biff’s Jack Shack who have turned jackfruit into burgers and wings that have launched a thousand I-can’t-believe-that’s-vegan moments. Biff's is about to open a new branch in the E17 supermarket in Walthamstow, launch a retail food brand and currently has a pop-up at Box Park in collaboration with Hellman's where you can get a free serving of fries if you mention "Veganuary".
