On this episode of The Chloe Russell Show, we explored the fascinating world of sensory superpowers and how our senses shape our emotions and memories.
We kicked things off with our Question of the Week: “Name one thing that smells better than perfume”, and listeners shared their favourite scents, from the smell of fresh rain to baked bread. We also discussed the science behind smell and memory, diving into how certain scents can instantly transport us to nostalgic moments. Chloe gave David three blended essential oils from Neom to smell and describe the way he felt.
We would also like to introduce some exciting sensory experiences happening in London. Highlights included Bubble Planet, a whimsical multi-sensory adventure in Wembley, and Taste Film, a cinema where you eat food inspired by the movie you’re watching.
We also touched on the calming, tactile experiences at Hackney City Farm, where visitors can interact with animals for a grounding escape.
