Charlie and Heidi are back to present a Community themed show this week. They welcome Robert Hunningher from Humdingers into the studio to find out more about their Catering business and Soup Kitchen based on Hoxton Street, which offers free meals to the local community.

Then it's the turn of Tash Alexander, founder of Head Held High, a social enterprise that works to improve the lives of vulnerable 16-24 year olds, and she shares all about their community fundraiser night taking place on the 16th September at The Comedy Store!

The duo also have their regular features, Festival Highlight which focuses on Pitchfork London, and New Artist Spotlight which showcases the alternative pop flair of Shai Brides. Plus Word of the Week to spice up your vocabulary.
