It was a Post Shock Resignation Special this week. Following the sensational departure of Arielle Free from Hoxton Radio, and her touching speech to her staff, it was business as usual for the Pop-Up.
After last week's Pop-Up Gold, it was back to (mostly) new music from the likes of Aero Flynn, Natalie Duncan, Femme and The Clear (lush!).
Our local cinemas and theatres always get a good plug, my fave this week being Days Of Hope at Rich Mix, mostly for the shallow reason I have a thing for leftie journalist Owen Jones who was on the bill. Mike from my Other Job won Tweet Of The Week : "on the bus and I've missed two resignations!"
