Hi, Pop-Uppers (I'm changing that straight away!), I sound unusually sexy on this week's show that celebrates new singer/songwriters and vintage stars all in a mellow style. Thing is, I had a raucous Friday night at a Christmas bash as Quizmaster without using one of those things called a microphone. Oh my giddy aunt, my voice was so hoarse.

And such a sweet tweet. He had just finished scraping his stomach off the floor of his van after hearing himself speak on the radio for the first time (with accompanying pic). Raleigh Ritchie sympathised.
