This week At the Counter… Natalia is joined by one half of Dalston Cocktail bar, Three Sheets which boasts incredible coffee during the day and a smashing cocktail menu at night. The two brothers, Max and Noel Venning hail from Manchester, but after stints at Ricks Cocktail bar in Edinburgh, The Drinks Factory here in London and Crazy Pedros, Trof and Deaf Institute in Manchester they decided to set up shop themselves.
With coffee from Alchemy and bottled cocktails made in-house like the French 75 which goes flying out the door, you’re all set whether you need to kick start to your day or a cheeky night cap. Their menu lay out is based on the flavour profile of the drinks as opposed to base spirit or style of drink.
