Ashley entered the studio in stern mood this week with black nail varnish and a red mist over the weeks antics.
Through the medium of music and light exercise, we managed to calm her down a bit and were treated to all manor of jovial tales from her week in showbiz pop.
The onset of Port Royal London patties also helped immensely to fill the Geordie with glad tidings so much so she scoffed Two in between tunes!
