This week our resident health and fitness advisor AJ Adudo was joined by the finest purveyors of Matcha - Teapigs who have just opened a pop up at Boxpark.
They came armed with an array of green products and tales of their 6 years exploring and cultivating Matcha in the UK. The team produce the plant said to be 15 more magical than Green Tea in an array of drinks and infusions.
AJ was quick to work their wonders into her own fitness regime which this week saw her running from Shoredtich to Camden on a Sunday morning with a heavily hung over head ......
