Hola y bienbenido, hello and welcome to another edition of Vinyl from the Barrio! This is a musical journey through my family's history via their record collection. You'll hear a unique mix of music both in English and Spanish. Everything from mariachis to boleros, mambos to cumbia, the swing era to the rock & roll years, plenty of soul, a bit of funk and disco, and a whole lot more. This is my last episode for a few months, so I can take some time and add more records to my MP3 collection. I'll be back God-willing in the fall.
