Funky Corners Show #87 Featuring Kid Taiwan & D.A. Jay 08-16-2013

Returning guests D.A. Jay and Kid Taiwan descend upon the studio for a very special episode of Funky Corners. On Show #87, we talk about upcoming projects and highlight a number of D.A.Jay’s new & classic tracks. Kid Taiwan kicks some Chinese and tells us his feelings on international rap. The show also features multiple freestyle sessions, culminating with a ragga/beatbox/guitar extravaganza.

We drop a Parliament funk staple for the Crate Highlight of the evening, which has been sampled by such artists as Ice Cube, King Tee, and Dr. Dre.

Other selections include: Big L, Biz Markie, De La Soul, Lucas, Masta Ace, The Nonce, and J-Live.

Unfortunately, due to U.S. restrictions, the full tracklist cannot be posted.
