Description
“We’re pulling down the pants to your mind”… and apparently doing it with the handsy sounds of 90s rap. Show 221 also includes seductive funky soul, finished off with the sweetest combination of hip hop and R&B.
We’re drinking the Kool Aid. Actually, “Blue Juice” from Jimmy McGriff. Check out who chopped it up in the Crate Highlight portion of the show.
Selections include: The Afros, Black Sheep, Das EFX, Def Jef, Digital Underground, Richard Evans, Frankie HI-NRG MC, Jeru, Tha Liks, MC Serch, O.C., Onyx, Organized Konfusion, The Professionals, Pudgee Tha Phat Bastard, Redman, Wendy Rene, Show & A.G., Slick Rick, Soul For Real, Stetsasonic, Sweet Promise, Tribe, and Y Society.
