Description
Riding off of last week’s reggae assortment, Funky Corners #205 features a residual dancehall set kicked off by our very own, D.A. Jay. Also included is some mid-90s action, and a bit of hearty soul.
The Crate Highlight stretches all the way back to 1963, and a Ben E. King platter by the name of “I (Who Have Nothing).” Cage, The Narcissists, and R.A. The Rugged Man are a few folks who sampled it.
Selections include: 215 Asasinz, 2morrows Victory, Amnesty, Assassin, Atmosphere, Black Milk, Bostic Beats, Bounty Killer, Casual, Cypress Hill, DJ Vladim, Calypso King & The Soul Investigators, Craig G, Depakote, DJ Krush, DJ Shadow, Earthling, Fat Joe, and Fried Chicken.
